## THE AESTHETIC: MYTHOLOGY SILENCED

"Vision is not always sight." The Blind Zeus reimagines the King of Gods as a modern, monochromatic silhouette. We have stripped away the excess, leaving only the imposing form of the beard and musculature, silenced by a striking band of metallic gold.

The contrast is absolute: the deep, light-absorbing satin black of the sculpture versus the reflective brilliance of the golden blindfold. It is designed to be the commanding focal point of a dark office, a modern living room, or a gothic sanctuary.

## THE CRAFTSMANSHIP: MULTI-STAGE ARTISTRY

This is not a mass-produced item. Each piece undergoes a rigorous, multi-day artisan process in our studio, receiving the time and attention needed to create something truly special for your home.

1. The Form: We utilize a lightweight structural core to define the intricate geometry of the classical bust.

2. The Concrete Coat: The form is manually coated in a specialized mineral-concrete mixture. This step eliminates synthetic textures and provides a solid, stone-like foundation.

3. The Sanding: Our artisans hand-sand the concrete layer to a perfect smoothness, prepping the surface for the final finish.

4. The Finish: We apply a deep satin-black pigment, followed by a protective sealing layer to ensure longevity.

5. The Gold: Finally, the blindfold is hand-painted with high-grade metallic fluid acrylics to mimic the luster of gold leaf.

## THE SHADE & LIGHT

The sculpture is paired with a Heavily Textured Stone-Effect Shade.

• The Contrast: The rough, stucco-like texture of the shade contrasts beautifully with the smooth, sanded finish of the face.

• The Atmosphere: When lit, the gold blindfold catches the downlight, creating a warm, dramatic glow against the black chest.
