European Union Customers

Prices include VAT where applicable. No customs duties apply for orders shipped within the European Union.

International Customers Outside the EU

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees charged by the destination country.

The recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Horror Romance is not responsible for these additional charges or for delays caused by customs clearance.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Horror Romance is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately at:

Please include your order number and photos of any damaged packaging or product, if applicable.

We will assist you with the next steps, including a carrier claim, replacement, or other suitable solution depending on the situation.


Custom Orders

Custom orders may require additional production time depending on the size, finish, and requested modifications.

The estimated production window for custom work will be confirmed before the custom order is created.
