Every product, design, and piece of visual content hosted on horrorromance.com is a result of the original vision and craftsmanship of our lead designer and founder, Karolis Kasikauskas. We operate as a high-end design studio where art meets functional decor, and we protect our creative output vigorously.

1. Proprietary Designs

All physical products—including our signature sculpture lamps and gothic home accents—are proprietary designs of Horror Romance. These works are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, manufacturing, or commercial distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited. Each piece is a made-to-order work of art; we do not authorize "knock-offs" or third-party replicas.

2. Digital Assets & Photography

All imagery, video content, and written descriptions on this website are the exclusive property of Horror Romance.

Original Photography: Unless otherwise stated, all product photography is captured in-house by our studio team.
Artistic Composites: We utilize advanced digital tools, including AI-assisted environmental rendering, to showcase our products. In these cases, while the background may be digitally assisted, the core product design remains the 100% human-created intellectual property of Karolis Kasikauskas and Horror Romance.

3. Usage Rights & Community Sharing

We appreciate our community and love seeing our work shared! However, the following mandatory rules apply:

Social Media: You may share our images for personal inspiration, provided you clearly tag @HorrorRomance or provide a direct link back to horrorromance.com.
Commercial Use: The use of our assets for advertising, commercial gain, or listing on third-party marketplaces (without a formal wholesale agreement) is a direct violation of our copyright.
AI Training & Scraping: We do not consent to our original designs, photography, or descriptions being used for the training of generative AI models. Any automated scraping of this site for data-mining purposes is strictly forbidden.

4. Active Enforcement

We maintain a proactive stance against copyright infringement. Horror Romance actively monitors global marketplaces—including Etsy, Amazon, and AliExpress—for stolen assets or design copies. We utilize embedded XMP/IPTC metadata and digital watermarking to verify our work.

Unauthorized use of our IP will result in immediate DMCA takedown notices, shop reporting, and potential legal action.
